If you are not inclined to go the whole hog and replace your existing toilet seat, there are a great range of decorative toilet seat covers that will cover your round or elongated toilet seat. These can be bought quite cheaply and are either a fabric stretch type cover which will envelope your seat, or an adhesive transfer that simply sticks on the existing seat to add that decorative flourish.
