Briggs
Toilets
Welcome to the Briggs
Toilets web page at toiletsforsale.org. Having
installed many models of toilets, from companies such as
American Standard and Toto, I found the relatively low cost and
simple functionality of Briggs
toilets surprisingly refreshing. Read on if you want

Toilets Reviews
When I decided to give the
Briggs products a go, I spent quite a bit of time online
on the Amazon site, and various other forums, trying to
find out as much about the Briggs toilet range as I could.
I wanted to know what plumbers thought of them, as repair
can be a pain on many of the more technologically advanced
models. Feedback was actually very positive and although,
as with any toilet range, there were a few issues, I felt
that the simple design, great price, and the ability to
get replacement toilet parts easily made Briggs
toilets a good investment.

Toilets Where to Buy
After taking a look on Briggs
Toilets.com, I headed over to Amazon and found that they do a
good range of Briggs toilets and plumbing fixtures. Getting
faucets, a flush valve, a new plunger, or replacement flapper
was simple, Amazon carried a variety of Briggs toilets parts.
There are of course, a range of outlets that stock the Briggs
product line, but I have always liked Amazon and their free
super saver shipping, that I made my purchase there.
The Briggs Toilets Range
The Briggs range
is not massive, but they do offer a few excellent toilets
including the Briggs Altima Elongated Toilet Express, The
Briggs Vacuity model, The Briggs Abingdon ADA toilet and
the Briggs Maelstrom Toilet Express. The Hathaway is also
an excellent elongated bowl unit. You can buy the toilet
unit complete online, or buy the bowl and toilet tank and
lid assembly separately.
The Briggs Abingdon ADA Toilet Express
is one of the bestselling of the Briggs
toilets range,
and the ADA compliance makes it great for both commercial as
well as residential use. The toilet retails at under $150
USD and includes everything you need for a rapid
installation. Included are a 1.6 gallon stylish tank and a
sleek elongated bowl. The seat is plastic, but can easily be
replaced with a wooden seat if you prefer.
The toilet is an open rim design and
features a fully glazed trapway of 2 inches diameter. A 5 year
limited warranty provides additional piece of mind to
purchasers. Being an ADA approved toilet, it is a fairly tall
model, sitting a full 17" high, excellent for anyone with leg
or back problems. ADA toilets are becoming increasingly popular
for installation in many homes, particularly where there are
tall members of the family, who find the tall toilet design
more comfortable.
The Briggs Altima retails for under
$125 USD and again, comes in a complete package ready to
install. If you are handy at DIY, then you may be able to
install it yourself. Alternatively, it should be a simple job
for your plumber.
